Additional information about this rejection:
Dear Mr Singer, Your petition has been rejected on the basis that planning applications already have established procedures in place to allow residents to submit representations in support or against the respective proposal. The following link will take you directly to the Westminster Council webpage where you can comment on planning applications: http://www.westminster.gov.uk/services/environment/planning/comment/ Alternatively, you can contact Mike Chatten (North Area Planning Team Leader) via his email address: mchatten@westminster.gov.uk to find out which Case Officer is dealing with this application, so you may submit a representation directly. I hope that helps you to progress your objections to this application in the appropriate way. Kind Regards.
